Group a hyperlink and a markup and save it to the tool chest?

Is there a way to take a markup and group it with a hyperlink and save it to the toolchest? I use the same graphic and hyperlink many times within a drawing set. Right now, I have been creating a new hyperlink pointing to a URL everytime. It would be a lot more efficient if I could create a markup that was grouped with that specific hyperlink and save it to my tool chest for reuse.

Right click on the grouped item, Edit action (this is your hyperlink) and add the URL. Then save it to your tool chest. The hyperlink should be there every time you insert the item.

Is there a way to set the hyperlink window to match the markup once flattened? I get a lot of overlap. Directing to the wrong space sometimes. I have been having to go in and manually adjust the hyperlink window after flattening.
