Option to open pdfs in new instance of Revu by default

Can you please add an option to, by default, open pdfs as new instances of Revu instead of as tabs in a single instance? This would enable a more streamlined workflow that I've become familiar with from using other applications combined with MS Windows' built-in windows management system.

Note: I'm aware of the article at the link below but that workflow is much more tedious than if the files could open in new instances by default.
