When doing takeoffs it would be nice to see the cutout information (specifically the area) connected to the sketch to scale markup. For instance, A wall with a door opening; the markups list would show the rectangle sketch to scale properties for the wall (length, width, area, etc) and it would have a column for "cut out area". When the Markup list is exported then the opening data would be tied to the specific wall drawn instead of shown as a separate entity. This could also be achieved if there was a Gross area column and a Net Area column for the sketch to scale markups.
