Login prompt for Region not fully loading when using Revu on an Azure Virtual Desktop

The Select Region prompt comes up, but there is no Sign In and/or Net button. This is running on Azure Virtual Desktop (aka Windows Virtual Desktop) and is a new install. It has never worked.

Any ideas?
