There should be a way to limit/restrict the general tools within a session, allowing only tools provided in a tool chest to be used. Currently, participants can use tools outside of the toolbox. Even if a profile is setup to hide unwanted tools, users can reopen hidden tools or use key-in shortcuts. This hinders the ability to document markups correctly, as well as filtering markups (ie: color, comment, etc). Can Bluebeam make an option (check box) when setting up a profile, to lock/limit tools not included in a general or custom tool chest?
