We are an organization that encompasses multiple accounts (orgs) within your platform that operate under a centralized structure. Within our division, IT and Finance operate centrally and are responsible for managing and supporting individual "orgs" within our division. We find it limiting that a user (such as an Org Admin or Unpaid Collaborator) can only be assigned to one "org" at a time. Given the structure of our business, it would be extremely helpful if these roles could be assigned across multiple "org" accounts. This would allow for more efficient support and consistent administrative oversight, especially when IT and financial office resources are limited compared to the number of orgs managed. Implementing this flexibility would not only streamline internal process but also make the platform for scalable for business with similar multi-org models.
