As new employees start and seasoned employees look to learn new skills, they often consult "support.bluebeam.com" however, I've heard a few grumbles about the instructions not matching the available options. Example1: Host a Studio Project: indicates to use the Invite button (the person silhouette and +) which doesn't exist. Studio Projects uses "Share" Example2: Batch Link: Some of the instruction and selection options were not the same as the on screen prompts.
Product Updates and add features are great; but the Help information needs to continue to keep pace as well.
