Issues with Measurements and Markups in Bluebeam Revu

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently come across a few bugs while using Bluebeam Revu for construction estimating and takeoffs, and I wanted to check if anyone else has faced similar issues.

Here are the main problems I’ve noticed:

Measurement tools sometimes give inconsistent results when scaling drawings.
Markups occasionally shift slightly after saving and reopening a file.
On large PDFs, the software tends to lag or freeze, especially when multiple layers of annotations are used.
Exported markups to Excel don’t always match the exact placement/order from the drawing.

Has anyone found reliable workarounds or fixes for these? Also, are there specific updates or patches that resolve these issues?

Send tool sets to Cloud
I found this support article, but I don't see the options shown in the screenshot to send to Cloud. At the bottom of the tool set menu I only see Manage Tool Sets, there's no Send Tool Sets to Bluebeam Cloud.

Default Extract All Pages?
When extracting pages, I currently have to either: Select all pages first, then use Extract [Ctrl+Shift+X], or Go to Extract and change the page range dropdown from Selected to All Pages.
