When providing comments in a blue beam session is there a way to allow access to certain attendees to make changes to certain columns in the markup list?
For example, attendees in a session can make comments and their information and comments are contained in columns A-C. Columns A-C could not be altered by anyone except the comment provider. This would preserve the integrity and legality of the original comment. However, columns D-F could be used by the session creator to respond to the comment. Additionally, columns E-G could be assigned to another attendee to verify the comment was addressed. This would all be done on a single row in the markup list.
