I know we have keyboard shortcuts to activate commands and that is awesome. However, it would be a huge time saver for some tasks if I could just hit a key (without shift/ctrl/alt) and get the last used command going instantly.
@Troy VanSanten you might try turning on the the "Reuse Markup Tools" setting:
If you don't have this icon in your tray already you can find the setting by typing "Reuse Markup Tools" in the "Find Tools + Commands" search in the help menu.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions.
