Ability to join a studio session from bluebeam cloud

Hi Bluebeam Team,

I’d like to suggest an improvement to the Bluebeam Cloud app that would significantly benefit field teams and streamline collaboration: please add the ability to join existing Studio Sessions directly from the Bluebeam Cloud app.

Currently, while users can create Studio Sessions from the cloud app, they cannot join an existing session using a Session ID. This limitation creates a major bottleneck for our field teams, many of whom are issued only iPads or phones. When we share a Session ID, they’re unable to join unless the session creator manually invites each user individually. This process is:

Time-consuming, especially when dealing with large teams.
Dependent on the availability of the session creator, which isn’t always guaranteed.
Counterintuitive, given that session creation is supported in the app but joining is not.

Adding this functionality seems like a natural and necessary extension of the app’s capabilities. It would empower mobile users to collaborate more effectively and reduce administrative overhead for session creators.

Thanks for considering this enhancement — it would make a big difference for teams working in the field.
