Plan sets are often set to 45 or 90 degrees. Only having the option to multiply up, down, left and right limits us in terms of 45 degree plans. Honestly, what would it take to code in those additional fields? 45 minutes after a lunch break?
Try de-skewing the drawing first. Instructions are in the Help menu.
Doug,
As there might be a work around that is scenario specific, the software lacks a simple selection that should be already built in. I posted this in the "New Idea" Category.
Open the Help menu in Revu.
Not applicable to this scenario
for something like that you can do a few things. First, duplicate the page, de-skew the second page and have markups on both pages. You could take a snapshot, paste that on to a new page and rotate till its square, then flatten.
A few work arounds for you anyways
Ah, yes. That would be a way to work around. Currently, I am not married to the extra steps. I just put the markups off to the side and let go of the fact that it isn't within the lines. That being said, I hope they add this feature in the future.
Being able to adjust the angle would be a nice feature.
But you could do the multiply and then group the markups, rotate and place.
Or If you are just need to show an area as done, do a sketch to scale line.

In addition to this, any markups that are already at an angle should have the option to continue multiplying at that angle, or as others mentioned, to be able to input the angle of the markups as you multiply.
Think it was mentioned earlier. If the markup is at an angle, there will be a 'rotate' option you can check to follow the same angle and not just go to the right for example.
An option for an angle input would be great though.
