Hi all,
I have reached out to the support team at Bluebeam with little success with an issue i am having recently.
I have a selection of custom mark-up tools and columns that were created last year for the take-off of pipework and ductwork insulation and have been working well for the most part.
As I carry out my ductwork take-offs my custom columns have a 'drop-down' selection of pre-set sizes of ductwork and insulation thicknesses, along with a calculated overall circumference and therefore square meterage of insulation required.
In practice to save time I tend to take-off say all the same size of ductwork on the drawing first. Previously this would work great and the custom column sizes I selected are then remembered for the subsequent mark-ups, until i then change sizes.
Unfortunately, this does not work anymore, and all of my mark-ups revert back to the default parameters for custom column data, which means every mark-up I make I have to change the sizes for. This is very time consuming.
Below is a link to a screen capture video which shows the problem i now face.

I have reached out to Bluebeam support and checked the settings on the mark-up tool options which all seem correct to me (see below). They have also suggest a settings re-set, which i did with no success unfortunately.

I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas on solving this issue at all?
I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give.
Thanks.
