I’m hoping to get some clarity on managing permissions in Bluebeam Studio Sessions. Specifically, I’ve noticed that while attendees get default permissions like Save As, Markup, and Add Documents, Print isn’t included by default and has to be manually enabled for each user in every session.
With the number of sessions and reviewers we manage daily, this manual process is really time-consuming. I was wondering:
- Is there any way to configure Bluebeam to include Print permission automatically for all attendees when creating a session?
- Or maybe a way to set up a “default” permission group that always includes printing?
- If not, are there any best practices or workflows others use to handle this more efficiently?
