Hey all! Just wanted to share this because I wasn't able to find a solution in the forums. I was trying to apply spaces from one page to another, every time I pasted the spaces to the next page, the spaces would rotate 90 degrees and I'd be unable to manipulate them. I didn't want to have to redraw/label EVERY space so I reached out to support.
Here's what Brian in support sent me, I just tested it and can confirm, IT WORKS!
If you're on the latest version of Revu already or if upgrading doesn't help, here's a workaround that can be tried on documents displaying this issue:
Step 1, extract the page with the content we need:
- Open the Thumbnails panel (Window > Panels > Thumbnails or ALT+T)
- Right-click the page that needs the Spaces pasted to it and select "Extract Pages."
- Click Save.
Step 2, create a copy of the page that has the Spaces we need:
- In the Thumbnails panel, right-click the page that has the Spaces you wish to copy and select "Copy Pages."
- Right-click somewhere in the Thumbnails panel and select "Paste Pages."
Step 3, Replacing the content of the copied page:
- In the Thumbnails panel, right-click the copied page, and select "Replace Pages"
- Navigate to the extracted page from Step 1 and click Open.
- Be sure to enable "Replace Page Content only" and click OK.
I hope this helps others out there!
