Callout Magnification Tool

I'd like to see a tool where you can magnify part of document/drawing/detail/etc via callout or simple shape on a drawing. See video below for SolidWorks and Apple Photos examples.

There is not an all-in-one feature that does this, but you can get to your desired outcome by using the Snapshot tool to copy a portion of a PDF and then use the control points to scale the snapshot larger. You can then change the background/borders of the snapshot to give it more emphasis like your examples and then add some additional annotations to tie it all together.

I was able to create this fairly quickly.

Bluebeam Cloud - Measuring Tool
Hello, is there a way to configure the measuring tool on bluebeam cloud? On the tool menu, it gives the option of select, cloud, vector pen, text, arrow, callout, and highlighter. When I go to the toolchest, there are some stamps for different designers and trades, but there is no measurement tool.
