Measure Markup will not display

Hi all,

Strangest thing has happened where my measurement markups will not longer display. I am able to set scales, set the start/end of the measurement, the preview measurement appears but after clicking again, the measurement disappears with no markup. Online advise says there is a Option tab to check "Show Markup" but I do not have that in my drop down. What am I missing here? I am using the latest release of Rev 21.6. Feel like this could be a oversight and feeling silly in not figuring this out. Please help.

Batch Link Troubleshooting
