Improve Overlay printing

I've run an overlay on an 88-page project with lots of changes. When trying to print a physical copy, it gets hung up. Even printing in batches is slow because several pages lead to virtual freezing.

Are there any tips on how to improve/speed up the printing process? I've flattened and reduced file size, but that has had little to no effect on the speed.

P.S. I had no trouble printing from a web browser (Brave), and I'm running Revu 21.6

Open second instance of BB, lose all my imported tools/line types/hatches
