Callout Leader Settings - Allow Fixed Attachment Point Setting

Hi Bluebeam. I'm very happy that the program now allows leaders to be attached to more than one side of a callout. Now if the program would please stop automatically relocating my leader connection point every time I adjust a callout, that would be really great.

It's very inefficient to have to reposition a leader line every time a callout is touched. I don't WANT my leader line to "automatically anchor to the text box at the nearest applicable control point." I want it to stay where I anchored it and not have to go back and do it again.
