I might be in the minority on this, but I REALLY dislike giving someone a new Bluebeam license. It's way too busy and annoying.
- Once in the admin portal, add their email. Choose a license (I am okay so far)
- A separate email goes out to the EU, which needs them to fill out their name, a Bluebeam name (JUST WHY), and a password. (We went wrong so fast)
- Then they get another email asking them to confirm their email (what are we doing here? Someone from the organization already invited them, which is how they got it. Just stop.).
- Then there is a welcome to Bluebeam University.
How it should look.
- The admin portal user's name and email, the license the organization wants to give them, and the password they want for this EU.
- An email goes out welcoming them to Bluebeam. Here is the login information: user name and password DONE.
- If we MUST, it can be a one-time password that the EU resets.
Bluebeam, trust us when we say if an invite goes to the wrong email, we will KNOW and correct it.
