New Function for Call-out Mark-up - Add Title Block

When reviewing and commenting on PDF's, many times you have multiple people reviewing the document and making comments (GC, Architect, Engineer, Consultant, Subcontractor). One can look at the mark-up list at the bottom to know who made the comment, but it would be nice to have a "title block" that could be used for a call-out mark-up to let the other people reviewing the post know who made the comment. I many times will add my own title block with a date to allow someone to quickly read and know who made the comment and the date instead of having to search in the mark-up list. (Example: "ZA 5/5/25:" ).

**Another reason for this title block is when the markups are flattened. Based on my experience, when someone flattens a document with mark-ups, those mark-ups don't populate at the bottom mark-up list anymore.

The ideal situation would be that it could be quickly adjustable and able to be used as a "default" mark-up as required.

Good idea here. I imagine it would get a lot of support, as many of us already add a similar markup "signature" for the same reasons. A couple of enhancements to the idea that might be nice…

add it as a field in Preferences or Properties - "Callout Signature" or something… "Callout Title Block"
include a checkbox for this field in Preferences or Properties, so it can be turned on an off, but remains on all callouts already placed.
if you had a PDF marked up with callouts that you wanted to add the signature to - it could be added after editing, or with a batch add feature.

I can see the benefit of an on-page summary of markups, especially after flattening a document. The markup can be consolidated in one place or by "tagging" it with initials and a date stamp.

Yes, please. I believe this can also be addressed more broadly by simply adding basic text formatting controls, similar to those in Microsoft Word. That would give us the flexibility to create templates that cover all our needs, whether we call them title blocks, headers, or anything else.

An alternative would be an option to show the author and date of a markup in a tooltip when you hover the cursor over it in sessions.
