Graphics Issue & I can't see text

Has anyone experienced where I go to create a text box with a pointer and then when I'm selecting it I get a weird graphics issue, then when I start typing I can't see my text?

Computer:
Windows 11 version 24H2
Grahics:
Nvidia RTX 4000
Bluebeam Version:
Bluebeam Revu 21.5

It also does it for regular text boxes and when I change the size of the text box I get the graphics issue again.

Is this specific to a certain document or all documents? How was the document created and have you flattened it or removed layers?

Looks like it is happening in pdfs that are 24x36 and 30x42, are combined sets of pdfs, haven't been flattened, no edits to the layers, and it occurs in both sessions and non-session pdfs.
I opened a new pdf that was 8.5x11 and it didn't happen.

I just created a new document that I ended up adding 2 additional sheets to it. i was pasting screenshots on the sheets. It was after I created the 2nd sheet and around the 2nd item pasted that I noticed the weird graphics issue when I was zooming in and out.
Because it was while I was zooming I couldn't get a screenshot, but it would have a similar 'x' pattern in the colors of what I was pasting and would fill the majority of the screen.

Here is a new type of graphics issue to add to the list and this is just in a single document that I was creating. All the others were combined sets.
