Filter Markups - Hides markups under it.

I use the filter markups function to locate all takeoffs. However, when I have two markups at same location as in the picture, and try to filter the markup that I need, it will not show because the other markup is greyed out and obstructs it. The filter markup feature should work in a way similar to layers. for example in the picture below Blue is the markup i want to see, but the mark on top of it is greyed out and blocking the blue, and when I try to modify, the markup on top gets modified.

This is an issue that needs to be looked at. At first I thought an easy fix would be to change the filtered annotation dim - but the issue is that the filtered items are dimmed, but they still block anything that is behind it.
