Hi All,
We are changing the company style guide and stepping though updating everything to match. I am wondering if it's possible to change/specify the font used when creating a batch summary in PDF format? A long shot I know!

@ElizabethOliver I just took a look and I'm fairly certain that you can't choose a font for the Markup Summaries right now.
I do however think that is a great idea, and I would encourage you to pitch it in the Product Feedback forum where other people can upvote it and maybe talk about why it would be valuable to them. More upvotes means more attention from Bluebeam, means a better chance at getting implemented.

How do I export all pdfs into one? I am going in a field visit tomorrow and I am trying to use a revu project in the field.
I have a user that as of this morning is experiencing an issue with typing spaces into any markup text entry field. Text boxes, Callouts, comments etc. The behavior is a bit hard to describe so bare with me. If the preceding character to the typed space is a letter or most symbols then the space does not appear normally…
Just recently I get this dialog box when using File/Open pulldown. I can use the Open From Disk button to get to the local server our files are stored. Does anyone know how this default changed or how to change it back? Thanks!

When creating a legend for Square Footage I can get the quantity for each space, but is there a way to get a summation at the bottom?

I am very confused by the interface and by the fact most tutorials are from older interfaces. All i need to do is takeoff, with a legend, that i can export quantities from. can someone give me a step by step tutorial on how to do so?
