I have a user that as of this morning is experiencing an issue with typing spaces into any markup text entry field. Text boxes, Callouts, comments etc.
The behavior is a bit hard to describe so bare with me.
If the preceding character to the typed space is a letter or most symbols then the space does not appear normally but rather to the right of the cursor.
If the preceding character is a number or a space or some symbols (= or + for example) then the space appears to the left of the cursor as normal.
If the arrow keys are used to move about the text entry field the cursor moves to the top left of the entry field outside the box, and typing often will not appear at all after that until you exit the entry field where it shows up all at once.
This behavior does not occur in any other program we use.
So far we have done the following:
Rebooted laptop
Reset Bluebeam settings
Uninstalled/Reinstalled Bluebeam
Tried different fonts
Reinstalled keyboard drivers
If anyone has any idea what might be causing this issue or how to troubleshoot it further I'd appreciate the assistance.
