Is there functionality in Bluebeam to send a message to the session host when all invited parties are finished reviewing?
Thanks
Tim
Hey Tim!
Not that I know of at the moment, I would leverage statuses in its place. That's the best I can think of at this time.
That would be great. There are times when everyone is finished with days left on the clock. There is no way know the session is ahead of schedule unless you keep going back to check.
Hey @bwhitlock & @Tim C - we do have alerts in Studio Sessions! You can check out how to use them here: https://support.bluebeam.com/en-us/studio/how-to/set-notifications-and-alerts.html#:~:text=The%20first%20time%20you%20send,like%20to%20send%20it%20to.
It's not exactly what you mentioned, but it's a great workaround and can help to achieve the same result by notifying the host!
@Angela Aff , yes i was going to mention that as well but was trying to think about what they would put on the document to set an alert to.
Just being able to easily identify who the session owner is would be a good start.
Hello. I use LogMeIn to access my workstation remotely. LogMeIn disconnects randomly all the time. Whenever this happens, Bluebeam stops functioning. I'll have any number of PDFs open at once (up to 10 or more). I can still see the PDFs on screen but I have no ability to pan or zoom or use any tools. I have to close each…
Hello everyone! Can someone please tell me where the experts are on utilizing BB cloud on an iPhone in conjunction with their BB revu on their laptop! I have too many questions to ask here!🙄
I downloaded and installed the new version of Revu this morning and am not able to find this new feature. I see that applications to beta test are open, does that mean that this new feature is coming later if you are accepted for beta testing?
Recently updated to Revu 21, upon opening pdf documents, both manuals & drawings, tools on tool bar screen right are indicted "disabled". I opened Tools tab at page top and checked all tools, doesn't help. Any ideas ???
I have a PDF form created by a third-party. Every time I try adding my digital signature, the form turns black and illegible. Has anyone run in this? Any thoughts? I tried refilling the form and resigning, but it just happened a second time.
Just attended my first Tips & Tricks webinar earlier this week. It was great! Today I received an email from Stephanie with a link to watch an on-demand video. Unfortunately, I'm not able to visit the site (I receive an error message - see below)
Is there a tool which can apply a template to an existing PDF document? I can do it with the overlay tool, but its not efficient. I am currently specifically attempting to apply a letterhead to a PDF document without having to using snapshot, etc.
We were messing with settings now all the tools in my tool box are numbered and now I can't find the setting to get rid of the numbers next to the tools.
Long post for context: Yesterday I was trying to compare a revised architectural to realize that the floor plan has shifted in both the X and Y, so this morning I did a page snapshot. What I would like to know is, is there a way to snap to a point on the snapshot and move it to a point on the drawing?
