We often use Bluebeam for everything PDF and Excel (through Sharepoint)/GSheets for a live speadsheet to document things during the duration of our projects. It would be very convenient to have the ability to put a link inside of the session that just opens a web browser. Bluebeam is phenomenal for PDF's and drawings, but…
Let comment import capability be available on live sessions. Let copy paste tool for Note markups to copy responses “sticky notes” and paste to new document. Let selected markups to be marked as complete instead of doing one by one.
When will Bluebeam provide an update for 21 that supports Revit and AutoCAD 2025? It is almost September 2024, and they are only supporting Navisworks 2025 so far with the latest build of 21.2.
The option to reassign ownership of existing Studio Projects. Sometimes people quit and we’re ”stuck” with the project. Dual ownership of a project The ability to remove (not just deny) a user from the white list A few suggestions from actual situations out there.
We defined several custom tool chests for our various disciplines to use and it would be convenient to be able to assign Keyboard Shortcuts to those specific tools.
It would be great if the standard MS Office keyboard shortcuts (ctrl shift - or ctrl shirt +) worked in Bluebeam.
The current session behavior appears to be download of all current files. In some cases, we have more than 100 files in a session, so this can use up a lot of bandwidth over remote VPN connections if, for example, only one file is required. How about an option to load session files on demand (when opened/clicked)? Thanks!
I have multiple sessions, possible to pin sessions to always have them at the top of my list ?
I utilize a lot of repeatable text in form fields. When a number is involved, I can use calculate and have the boxes auto-fill with the number from the original box. When I use text, I cannot do that. I would like to be able to enter the text in one box and have it auto-fill to the other boxes. Can this be done today? If…
Issue; When logging in to add new idea looks like it doesn't remember user. Want you to fill out profile over & over. May have multiple profiles
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
When there are a large number of markups on a drawing, it can be hard to select the markup you want. It would be nice if there was an option to deal with this in a few different ways: When clicking on a spot with multiple markups, bring up a popup that lets the user choose which markup under their click they want to…
In my line of work, I regularly use "spaces" to divide a project into more manageable zones. This tool is helpful for quickly counting all the markups within the space. The only downfall is that if a count (LF, SF, etc) extends past the space, a partial count isn't provided. It would be great if it appeared in the markups…
I need to trace out many irregular polygon areas (phase work areas) from one plan sheet of one scale and paste them onto another sheet (which shows specific work types of all phases, but not the phasing) of a different scale. The scale is set on each sheet. Once the markup is copied, there seems to be no way to…
Suggestion - Batch Slip Sheet support for multi-page PDFs by page label and filename Feature: Add a function to Batch Slip Sheet that allows comparison of PDFs by label, with an additional capability where Bluebeam identifies files based on their filenames, including a number and/or letter. Examples: "Filename B.PDF" is…

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
Request is for the ability to group open PDFs into tabs, similar to the way that Microsoft Edge allows for web pages to be grouped together into tabs (Edge allows you to take a number of open websites and add them to a named / color-coded group tab. This allows for multiple websites to be open, but organized into group…
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
As our Project List on Studio increases, so does the time it takes to find a project. Would be super handy to have a search at the top of the projects list, not for files inside the projects, just for the Project names. I am sure the same would be helpful with Sessions, although we don't use those as much on our end.
