I'd check his security protocols. My office has one that "scans" login fields before it lets me sign in. Maybe something similar is happening. Also, I was having issues with my comments getting ghosted while I was writing them. This was several months back, but we eventually had to "whitelist" the Bluebeam domain because it was having conflicts with our security app in the background. it only seems to be happening on one sentence replies though. We'll see how this all plays out
