I often use the markup tools "rectangle," "elipse," and "polygon" to highlight items throughout architectural drawings. This includes highlighting sheet designations for elevated views or sections. However, once we highlight these, if it has a link function, it will not work until you move the highlight. It would be…
Often I am checking between drawings where I am using one or two drawings as reference and opening other drawings along side them. It would be great to have a feature where I could "lock" or "pin" (in Edge/Chrome tab parlance) a drawing such that when I use a close-all command those specific PDF are kept open.
Instead of using the zoom to extents of a selected markup, it would be great to have the option of maintaining the current zoom but moving the view so the selected markup is in the centre of the screen. At present, if the markup or part of it is on the screen, the view doesn't change meaning some details are not always…
I recently received a document from a supplier and a lot of images were not being displayed in BB. [I have been troubleshooting this with Grant who may be able to provide more insight there and has a copy of the original file] Upon inspection the log was full of errors, and in this case most of the images had an outline…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
When I jump to a sheet in a set of plans, I then typically need to zoom in then navigate to an area in the sheet, maybe zoom out again, maybe slide over, etc. Then when I hit the previous view button, each time it walks me back through each view on that sheet before I can finally get to the previous page I was on. It would…
I organize my tool chests by CSI cost-codes that correlate with our Estimate Template. Each tool chest has specific markups/takeoffs that go with each cost code. Would it be possible for Revu to include a function that allows markups to be sorted out by their "pulled from" tool chest?
I make extensive use of layers when marking up technical documents. The ability to create child layers is helpful, but there is no way (that I have found, anyway) to collapse the group and then save the layer collapse state. I would like to see "Layers" have the same option as "Bookmarks" in terms of choosing what is or is…
The Bluebeam Cloud application works pretty well as a project management feature. Compared to some of the major construction project management software programs, Cloud works very well and could be top tier with a little support and better marketing. Our company honestly expected that Bluebeam would continue to evolve…
I had a user create a custom profile in Revu. When he is in that profile, he has no hatch patterns. We thought it was something he did that we needed to fix, so I contacted Support. Support said that is normal for new profiles and you have to go into the hatch pattern settings and import the default hatch patterns file…
Can we turn off the floating toolbar that appears in Full Screen Mode? Without exiting full screen mode?
Has anyone come across (specifically with internships) where a person was: invited to a Session a year ago, but their Bluebeam account was deactivated when they left, and have since rejoined and reactivated or created a new BB account And now they can't get into a session that they had been a part of because it says they…

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
Hi. It would be very helpful to have a Bluebeam Revu (we use 20 at my company) functionality to be able to download all of the files within a Studio Session with one or two clicks as opposed to having to download all files individually. This would save time, especially for Sessions with a large number of files (100+ is…
