I need to use the Bluebeam search across 1500 documents. I would be good to index those files and folders to speed search results. I also need to search for multiple terms and have terms I am not looking for. The Popular search engines have delimiting characters to separate terms and + and - for must include or not include…
When you measure length in bluebeam and have to manually edit the numbers, it would be nice if the new length had the same starting point as what you originally drew. Thanks!
I need to search thru 1500 documents for specific terms. I would be a good enhancement to have multiple search terms and indexing. Indexing a set of documents would speed to results. Multiple search terms are needed to limit the results. The search engines have delimiters for separating terms, and also have plus and minus…
We use bluebeam sets and have them automatically broken down by categories. We'd like to be able to search only sheets within a specific category instead of searching through the whole set which is currently the only option.
It would be helpful if when you joined a session for the first time, you were required to set your name. Some of our sessions are internal so it would be helpful for us to put our discipline, where as larger sessions on Joint Ventures our firm name is more important.
Make a page range on the search function
The Department of Transportation is moving toward using OKTA SSO MFA authentication to allow users to access Bluebeam Revu, however Revu's in-app browser lacks functionality to detect certificates off of physical cards. Activclient by HID global is used in our environment to read and catalogue certificates from physical…
I searched the site but didn't see any results, and when I checked with Bluebeam Technical Support, they said to provide feedback here, as there is currently no such feature. Would it be possible to add a "fillet" command to Revu like AutoCAD has? This is the AutoCad description of what the fillet command does: Round the…
We create a lot of 3D PDFs and often times we need to adjust the colors of elements. Currently it is possible to select multiple elements in the 3D Model Tree, but when you go to change the color, it unselects the others. It would be great to be able to change the color of multiple elements at once.
UPPERCASE TEXT; a tool to be able to change lower case to upper case text.
A feature that allows expanding an area measurement in all directions would be useful. The idea is to extend the base area (solid line) of the sample image by 20 cm in all directions to create the light blue area (dashed line). Such a feature can be very useful for measuring excavation pits or floor slabs, especially for…

To shorten start-up time, allow setting Revu to minimize to task tray, preferably when no documents are open.
I appreciate the new dark mode. Please add a setting for Bluebeam's Dark Mode to follow the system's Dark Mode setting. Thank you.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
Request is for the ability to group open PDFs into tabs, similar to the way that Microsoft Edge allows for web pages to be grouped together into tabs (Edge allows you to take a number of open websites and add them to a named / color-coded group tab. This allows for multiple websites to be open, but organized into group…
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?
