this product always fails while trying to update. clean install, windows updated, always fails. always looking for lost files. you cant get the basics right, but i can annotate in 20 languages. not renewing, going back to adobe.
I noticed last week that the settings button on all of our sessions is grayed out for me. This was never the case previously due to my admin-level access. Now, it appears, only the host can access the settings button within the session. Is anybody else seeing this?
