Is there a way to automate the archiving or record keeping of a Session for?
Is there a way to automate the process of record keeping for Sessions? Can we set a session to automatically update project copy or download a copy after X number of days? Our process is to first add files to a folder in Studio Projects and then create the session from there. It is easy to update project copy but that becomes tedious work with a bunch of sessions. We also need to give some time for different members to markup or respond weeks after a review is completed.

@Steven Piper I want to make sure I understand the request. You would like to send documents from a project to a session and after a set amount of time, you would like the changes made to that document to automatically be saved and checked back into the project creating a new revision?

@Glynis D.
Thanks for responding! Yes that is correct.0 -
@Steven Piper There is not a way to do this currently. I will have the discussion moved over to our product suggestions. Do you have any additional details you would like to share about how it would improve your workflow?

Thanks @Glynis D. It would save time. It would prevent loss of markups that we need a record of in the future, especially ones created by individuals who leave the company and no longer have an account.
For sessions with lots of documents, it takes some time manually right clicking and updating project copy on each document. Whether there is one button that updates all or if we could set for the project copy to be updated at multiple intervals (2 weeks after creation, 6 months after creation), that would help cut down on administrative tasks and ensure we have records of all our sessions.
Thanks Again!
