Filtering through the Markup List

Some suggestions for when filtering through the markup list:
- The "Contains" custom filter should not be case-sensitive.
- When using the "Contains" filter, the header should display the search terms instead of just showing "Custom."
- Allow searching within the list while retaining the active filters. (Right now, searching clears the filter.
Additional Note:
There seems to be a bug: when a filtered list is searched, the entire filter is cleared and needs to be re-created.
For context, I am using Revu 20 and am unsure if any of these issues were addressed in Revu 21.
