cannot create or access studio sessions from the app
Hello,
I am a long time user of Bluebeam studio sessions ( 6 months since last used ) and relatively new when it comes to creating studio sessions. we are setting up review sessions for a new project and i have set up a dummy session to ensure the actual reviews go well.
I have been trying to both setup and access studio sessions from the App ( Microsoft OS, Lenovo Laptop, complete Package ) but unable to do so.
When i try and create or access from either the create/ joined session directly or by right clicking and opening session i get the following Error, " oh no, Studio encountered an issue. Please try again. " see attached.
I could setup and review from the browser no issues but cannot seam to see what i could be doing wrong in the App.
Any help would be great.
