Unable to sign in with my employer's subscription

Good Afternoon,

I am new to Bluebeam. I downloaded the program and can utilize it minimally. Separately (and a month after downloading Bluebeam), my employer added me to their subscription. Adding me hasn't seemed to also add the functionality that others have access to.

Does anyone know how to somehow link my current downloaded Bluebeam to my employer's subscription? Should I start over and delete Bluebeam from my pc? I reached out to Bluebeam but haven't heard back yet so I thought I'd give this a try!

I think you have to register your installation with a license. Your employer should have that information. Also, check if your license is roaming or fixed (is that still an option?). You may have limited "seats" that several people share so they may all be "checked out" if that's the case.

Try simply signing out (click on your email address in the top right-hand corner to see the button) within Revu and signing back in again. Go back to your email address to see what type of license is assigned to you now. If it's "none" or "unassigned", then you don't have access to the company license, and you should inquire with your employer.

Do you mean that I need to register with Bluebeam, or could I complete this myself? I haven't seen a way to change my current downloaded version, but I'll check again. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question!
