Insert a page from a pdf into a certified document?
Hi,
Apologies if this information is posted somewhere else. The search tool keeps bringing me to the same two posts. I need to add my company's submittal review sheets into documents that are certified, with the option of mark-ups, fill in forms, and digital signatures. We do a lot of government work, and my company (AE) requires the separate sheets with all of our info on them. It appears Bluebeam doesn't allow it. It will allow all the options listed, but the options to add a sheet are greyed. I can create my own stamp, but typically there is no room on the sheets to put it with the list of comments. Any help besides asking the contractor to include 2 blank sheets in their submittals? Thanks.

OK, so I got some help and found it's a simple thing to do. Windows 11 system… Open file explorer. Highlight the two or more files you want to integrate. Right-click on the highlighted files. Expand the right-click menu and select, "Combine files in Revu". You'll get the BB stapler. Fill out the new filename, select the destination folder, and hit OK. Review opens up the new file. Drag your new pages to where you need them and you're done. You could also just start the Stapler app in BB…wherever that lives. Thanks for swinging by.

Just to clarify, these are not Studio Sessions, right? The certified files were emailed/downloaded, correct?

Hi Lukas,
Yes, the document (submittal) is certified by the contractor and sent to me for review. I need to review it, mark it up, insert our "stamp" sheets, certify it again under my name and send it to the government for their final review and digital signature. The process is implemented by the government office, so it can't be changed. Thank you.
