Given the fact Bluebeam 21.6 is a 2.2GB Download, you can be sure it is a stand-alone full installer of version 21.6.If you do currently have Bluebeam installed, it functions as an update.If you do not currently have Bluebeam installed, it functions as a fresh installation.
