Energov - BlueBeam Integration - Avoid making plan reviewers close a browser tab

Plan reviewers in Energov are seeing a new browser tab open whenever they open files, see attachment. The open tab requires them to do an extra step of closing the window. This behavior started within the last couple of weeks , we would like an option to avoid manually closing the browser window.

This was originally our case 01726780.
