Feature Highlight: Overlay Pages

It's perfect for identifying revisions between versions of drawings. Overlaying documents can help you catch changes that might be…

New : Digital Signature Functionality
By and large we've started to ignore digital signature validation. It' sbecome a pain when you need to update some small clerical item like a typo. Under the archaic version of wet signatures, a clerical alteration was easily handle, you just did it. No one came around with their white-out to clear their signature and…

Windows Explorer Preview Pane Zoom
Bluebeam Revu v.20 had zoom capability when using Windows Explorer and Outlook preview pane. While the preview pane is useful on it's own, the zoom feature was critical in allowing me to scan dozens to hundreds of drawings (~24"x39") quickly to find information without having to open every single file. This has saved me…

Is anyone aware of a setting that will allow me to navigate between cells in the markups list with the directional arrows, tab key, or enter/return button on the keyboard similar to inputting data in excel? I need to add my company's submittal review sheets into documents that are certified, with the option of mark-ups, fill in forms, and digital signatures. We do a lot of government work, and my company (AE)…

Export a PDF Package from Bluebeam Studio Session
If I am not mistaken, there is no current way to export a PDF package to retain the individual pdf sets from a Bluebeam Studio Session. The only current way creates a combined PDF set, to which then the admin of the session would need to break them apart if they wanted to keep them separate.

Ways to edit markups in Excel, or potentially link with Excel?
My team regularly receives markups from clients that come in two files, one a PDF with a callout such as 'C-001' and then an Excel sheet that will list 'C-001' with test in the adjoining column. Now this is just a frustration on our end and something the clients will not budge on. I am curious if there is a way to bring…
