Re: What may prevent the eyedropper tool from working?
Love this Community! This issue came up for a user in my on-site training yesterday. The colors would not be accurate while using the eyedropper. Searched Community, found this response, and it worked! Thanks @Carina!
Re: Scale Is Not Scaling
As @Jes Stafford suggests, the listed "scale" may not be correct if the drawing was printed to fit a smaller sheet.

Re: Markup Summary
@Shaya Birnbaum I think the (1) is a count BB adds to the list, not part of the "subject" like it could say Line (13) and then list thirteen line markups. Below is an example (different format) of (7) markups by "lshiras". Later there will be (29) markups by "Luke Shiras"
Re: Markup Summary
@Christopher Castro, You can achieve this by applying a filter during export. Assign the items marked with “(1)” to a specific column, then either uncheck that column during export, or exclude them during the filter and sort stage.
Hope this helps!
Re: Scale Is Not Scaling
First thing to try is checking the scale with your Calibrate tool.
Use that to set the scale with a known measurement on the drawings and see if it matches the preset you chose.
It is possible that PDF was not printed at the correct scale.
Re: 🗓️ May 2025 Challenge - Skills in Bloom!
I am working on expanding the Bluebeam Revu training in a recorded and reviewable format for the firm I work at for part of our internal 2025 goals. I have been making small, 4-8 minute training videos called BugBites. (my last name is Roach so it’s on brand😊)
The one I will be researching and creating this month, or skill seed I am planting per Mays challenge, is the highly requested Overlay Pages feature. I’m excited to see how this can fit into and improve our QA/QC workflow!
Re: Markup Summary
@Luke Shiras, Thanks for the clarification. I usually export to Excel, so I haven’t encountered this issue before. I tried manipulating the PDF export, but regardless of the setup, it still includes a “Total Count” heading. This problem doesn’t occur when exporting to Excel.
BCP Update Coming: Exam Update Releasing June 3rd - Get ready for the latest changes!

Re: Edit/Unlock markups in Studio Sessions
I only want this feature when I need to fix someone else's typo, so I can live with the current limitations. Not being able to make edits to other people's markups preserves the integrity of the authorship.
To further the discussion and get a better understanding of WHY we should be able to edit other's markups, please reply - in detail - your workflow that requires the ability to make those edits.
Are you consolidating similar comments? Editing to use consistent language? Revising sketches or notes? Maybe you just want to assign markups to a discipline or change colors?
Describe what changes you want to make and why it has to be edited vs other solutions.
