Adding page number when creating page labels

Is there a way to have an option to include the page number as a prefix when selecting a page region for label? Only ask for this because I often will create page labels based on page region but it would be nice to include a method of retaining the page number in the label for extraction as single sheets, the plans are in order inside a folder.

@DerekC, Here’s one way to accomplish this:

Add a Header and Footer, and insert a “Bates Number” into one of the fields. (I usually use 3 digits, start at 1, and set [ & ] as my prefix and suffix.)

Then, when renaming, you can use the page number as one of the regions. This effectively keeps the page number as a prefix in your label, which works well when extracting single sheets from an ordered folder.
