API Access to licensing

It would be ideal if we could audit license count via API access. This would eliminate the need for the IT department to log into the portal to confirm available licenses.

Using SCIM, there is not currently any other reason for our technicians to log into the admin portal as users are added/removed/licensed via Azure group.

Alert attendee log
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
