HEY FOLKS, WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP deciphering why the first page from my docs doesn't come out with highlights, but the rest of the doc prints with highlights no problem. They are even omitted from the print preview while still showing the highlights are present in the background (see yellow circles where pink highlights should be) and in the second page, see subsequent screenshots of the first and second page print previews below:
(I DO NOT NORMALLY HAVE "PRINT VISIBLE HIPERLINKS" CHECKED, THAT MUST HAVE CLICKED ON WHEN TRYING TO CREATE THESE SCREENSHOTS; I REGULARLY MAKE SURE NONE OF THE OPTIONS ARE CHECKED.)
