right side margin or top right margin at header symbol list toolbar for manual counting all sheets

Every electrical estimator (and now Claude) uses a Symbol List toolbar (for lack of correct language) that resides vertically on right margin in REVU, or can toggle the list to top header horizontally if desired. These lists show the symbols from same project Index/cover sheet showing all symbols with associated text in the same project. You select a single switch device to count (not Add), click on this then click on all single swiches on this sheet creating counts in markup, When clicking on device the click will create a preselected color/shape for highlighting which corresponds to the markup counts. This is all manual counting not using search. Cannot find any reference to using what is in revu, or, how to create from scratch. Would pay cash for one already created. Must be a way. None of the Support staff has any idea of what i am saying. They say this not possible. (all you can do is ADD devices?) What have i been doing for the last 30 years. Counting

see the items in blue highlighted? this would be an electrical symbol list, fire alarm list and fixture symbol list. these may or may not contain text. they are just a list of devices for this specific project and when selected they are counted in markups and as they are applied to drawings as counts - produce a pre selected transparent highlight color. this same list could be used for other projects also. These list would reside on right margin vertically. if text attached to them is too wide, they would be reduced down horizontally to fit. i have used these on every project i have done for 25 years or as long as bluebeam is in business. to my knowledge (you) creted them. if not, then they are painstakenly created one by one. there should be directions provided in Bluebeam Community or University to create these symbols using snapshot of device with associated text and transparent highlight color designated so to be counted in Markups list.
