My Legend in PDF is showing multiple markups with same line items instead of summarizing them. It is a custom column. In properties i have also ensured it is linked to the CURRENT source
Make sure that your markups have identical properties. Label, name, color, line weight, etc. must match for the legend to combine them and count as the same item.
@Dan Phillips is correct. They must be IDENTICAL. An accidental trailing space in the description has messed with me more than once.
