Batch Flatten + Show properties in Popup Does NOT work.

Question

I want to batch flatten a bunch of PDFs and use the "Show Properties in Popup" option.  I can only get this to work on one document at a time, and I have to check out that document and run it on one at a time in order to get it to work.  It does not work as it is suppose to.

Thanks, I did try that and it was weird, it only did the first one I checked out properly of the multiple ones.  I did report to tech supports just waiting for reply.  Thanks for the idea however

Hi

If you’re working in Bluebeam Studio, try checking out the PDFs first and then use Batch > Flatten rather than flattening them individually. Make sure “Show Properties in Popup” is enabled in the Flatten settings before running the batch. If the option still only applies to one PDF at a time, it may be a limitation or issue with how that setting is handled in Batch Flatten. In that case, I’d suggest testing it on a copy of the Studio documents and, if reproducible, reporting it to Bluebeam Support, thanks
