Layers, Do these functions exist and I'm just unaware?

Question

I use Revu for a multitude of tasks. In particular, I am asking about Layers functionality and features.

* Why is there not a one-click function to check all Layers per column (Lock, Print, Export) in the Layers tab? I use and create layers on product data sheets and change the filenames to have an extension of _Premarked. This allows for all markups and added information to have a uniform presentation and faster submittal creation. However, there are multiple files that are _Premarked that have close to 100, if not more, layers to toggle visibility on/off. Please add a one-click function, or a select all layers and apply selection function, etc. to the layers columns. This would reduce time significantly when creating submittals.
* Why doesn't the visibility of a layer stay invisible when visibility is turned off, the layer is then selected to be Locked, and the file is saved with the new Locked settings? I have been saving the forementioned _Premarked files using the above process and when I open the files again, visibility to every layer is turned back on. So the process described saves nothing! Again, this would be a real timesaver if the layers actually remained Locked with the settings that were last saved.

Those are solid workflow suggestions. A 'Select All' or one click toggle for the Lock, Print, and Export columns would make managing large numbers of layers much faster, especially on premarked submittal files.

Regarding layer visibility, I would also expect the saved visibility state to persist after reopening the PDF. If all layers become visible again, it may be intentional behavior or a limitation in how Revu stores layer states rather than a true bug. It would be great if Bluebeam added an option to save and reopen documents with the current layer visibility preserved, especially for repetitive submittal workflows.

Drafts are sometimes saved mid session automatically to save work depending on how it's taking to write the post. Once you've posted you're free to delete them, and your new posts should then be shown under My Posts.

Why are the questions I just wrote showing up in My Drafts, when I wrote them and selected Post? Why is it not showing up in My Posts?
