The recent addition of MFA as a mandatory requirement in Bluebeam should be changed to an optional, administrator-controlled setting.
Although SSO is identified as an alternative, we are currently reviewing that option and its impact on our environment. At this stage, both MFA and the potential SSO path appear to introduce additional user intervention and administrative overhead that do not align with our current deployment model. Implementing SSO may also require modifications across more than 100 accounts to maintain consistency across our organization. Reference:

We do not use Bluebeam Studio in our environment, and Revu software use is restricted to assigned company computers only. The MFA requirement does not align with our operating environment and creates added complexity without providing a corresponding security benefit within our current use case.
We request that Bluebeam rescind this mandatory requirement and allow administrators within each organization to determine whether MFA, SSO, or any related account security controls are necessary for their environment.
