Bluebeam Shortcut Inactivated Whilst Using Form Fields

When a document has Form Fields (e.g. Tools —> Forms —> Text Box), the keyboard shortcut is inactivated. I can't use my regular keyboard shortcut. Normally, from my Tool Sets, I'd hit "1" for the green rectangle markup. I can still click and select them but I'd rather not to move my fingers off the keyboard…..

Does anyone know why does that happen?

This is a setting in Preferences, under the Tools | Forms where you need to check the box next to Enable Single Key Shortcuts
