I am consistently working in large PDF documents with several bookmark layers and sometimes it's set up for my workflow. Then you flatten a markup, add a new bookmark, save the file, add a page, or do any number of actions - then all the collapsed bookmark groups fully open up and you lose your place. Sometimes it takes several minutes to reorganize your bookmarks and collapse the ones to make your view back to how you need it for your workflow
