I am having an issue with Bluebeam on the Web. I have uploaded a pdf document and when I try to open it in BB, it never loads. Any suggestions?
I think we need to know a little more, like are you in a Bluebeam Studio session? Is it in a browser on iOS? Is your browser configured open to Bluebeam?
I am not in a session or anything. I just uploaded a pdf document to My Documents and attempted to open it. Occasionally one will open and I am able to do markups on it, but most of the time, the document will not even open.
Have you tried opening the same PDF in Revu desktop to see if it loads there? If it opens in Revu but not in Bluebeam Web, it could be a browser cache issue or a problem with the upload.
I'd also try re-uploading the file and testing it in an incognito/private browser window. If the issue persists, Bluebeam Support may be able to check whether there's a problem with the document or the Web session.
